1. What denoshop.com is
denoshop.com is a catalogue of independent shops that choose to list products here. It is operated by Denomy Web Services (202603117150) (“Denomy”, “we”, “us”). DenoShop is the software those shops use. We are not the seller of the products you see. The shop named on the product page and at checkout is the seller.
2. Agreeing to these terms
By using denoshop.com you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under Malaysian law.
3. Shopping and paying
You can browse and add products from more than one shop to your cart. You pay one shop at a time. Checkout creates an order with that shop. Payment, delivery, and invoices follow that shop’s methods and policies. We do not take the payment ourselves. You can check out as a guest. Signing in with an email code is only so you can see orders you placed on denoshop.com.
4. Listings
Shops choose what to list. Price, stock, photos, and descriptions come from the shop. A product may disappear from denoshop.com if the shop turns the listing off or no longer meets our listing rules. Charge uses the live price and stock at checkout, not an older price from when you browsed.
5. Returns, refunds, and problems with an order
Refunds, returns, warranties, and delivery issues are between you and the shop you paid. Contact that shop. Denomy is not a party to the sale and does not handle the shop’s refunds.
6. Fair use
Do not misuse denoshop.com, including scraping, attacking the site, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for anything unlawful. We may remove listings, refuse checkout, or block access where we reasonably need to protect the site or other people.
7. Availability
denoshop.com is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change or pause features. To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for the quality, legality, or delivery of products sold by a shop, or for the acts of a shop’s payment or courier providers.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law. Apart from that, Denomy is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or loss arising from a shop’s products, shipping, or payment. Our total liability for a claim about denoshop.com is limited to RM 100 or the amount of any fees you paid us for this service in the three months before the claim, whichever is higher. You do not pay Denomy a fee to browse or check out on denoshop.com today.
9. Changes, law, and contact
