1. Who we are
Denomy Web Services (202603117150) (“Denomy”, “we”, “us”) operates denoshop.com so you can search products from independent shops that use DenoShop, place orders, and look up orders you placed here. We handle personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). This policy is for shoppers on denoshop.com. It should be read with our Terms.
2. Shops and our role
Each product is sold by the shop named on the product page and at checkout — not by Denomy. That shop is the seller and the data user for your order with them (name, address, phone, email, and what you bought). We run denoshop.com and process that information so the shop can take your order, take payment through their payment provider, and arrange delivery through their courier. We are the data user for your denoshop.com session, sign-in email, and My orders inbox.
3. Information we collect
We may collect: (a) session and cart data, such as products you add on denoshop.com; (b) checkout details you enter — name, email, phone, and delivery address; (c) your email if you sign in with a one-time code, so we can show orders you placed on denoshop.com; (d) order status we fetch so you can view My orders; and (e) technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and security logs. Payment card details are handled by the shop’s payment provider, not stored by us as full card numbers.
4. Why we use it
We use this information to run search and your cart, create your order with the shop you checkout with, send a sign-in code when you ask for one, show your denoshop.com orders, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal duties. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use a shop’s customer list for our own marketing.
5. Who we share it with
When you pay a shop, we share the details needed to place that order with that shop. The shop may share them with its payment provider and courier. We also use service providers that host this website, send email (including sign-in codes), and keep the site secure. We may disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our users.
6. Cookies
We use an essential cookie to keep your cart, checkout details, and optional sign-in on this device. You can delete cookies in your browser; that will clear your cart on denoshop.com.
7. Keeping data and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Order records live with the shop that sold to you. We use HTTPS and access controls. No website is perfectly secure.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask to access or correct personal data we hold, withdraw consent where we rely on it, or ask us to limit or delete data where the law allows. Email [email protected]. We may need to verify it is you. If your request is about an order or account at a shop, please contact that shop — they hold the sale.
9. Children
denoshop.com is for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children to run an account here.
10. Changes and contact
