Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data associated with any of our apps, send an email to contact@deno.my with the subject line:
Data Deletion Request - [Your Name or Account Email]
Include your name, account email, and the app name in the email body so we can locate your account accurately.
2. What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified request, we will permanently delete:
- Your profile information (name, email, account ID) associated with the app
- Any content or data you submitted through the app
- Your account record and associated activity logs
3. Timeline
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation reply once completed.
4. Exceptions
Certain data may be retained beyond 30 days where required by law or to resolve outstanding disputes. We will notify you if this applies to your request.
